02The Service
Pic to Life provides an AI-powered platform that allows users to upload images, submit text or messages, and generate AI-powered talking or animated video greetings for personal, entertainment, and expressive purposes.
03Account Registration & Security
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of login credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
04User Content & Ownership
You retain ownership of images you upload ("Inputs"), text you submit, and videos generated from your inputs ("Outputs"). You grant Pic to Life, LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process, transform, and store content as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
05AI Services & User Responsibilities
Outputs are generated by automated systems and may contain inaccuracies or unintended results. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to upload content, including consent from individuals depicted.
06Prohibited Uses
You agree not to upload unauthorized images, create deceptive or misleading content, impersonate others, upload unlawful or harmful material, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, or use Outputs to train competing AI systems.
07Content Moderation
Pic to Life, LLC may automatically or manually review, remove, or restrict content to enforce these Terms and maintain platform safety.
08Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, branding, trademarks, designs, and proprietary technology associated with Pic to Life are owned by Pic to Life, LLC or its licensors.
09Paid Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
Paid features may require subscription fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Trial periods, if offered, expire automatically.
10Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party providers, including cloud hosting, AI processing, and payment services. Pic to Life, LLC is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by such providers.
12Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
13Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pic to Life, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Pic to Life, LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
14Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pic to Life, LLC from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms.
15Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
16Termination
Pic to Life, LLC may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, misuse, or security concerns. You may stop using the Service at any time.
17Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without prior written consent. Pic to Life, LLC may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
